Makes me want to run out into the hall here at work and bust out some burpees for time! But, I will sit here and eat my salad instead...which I just realized I forgot my tuna for...argh! *faceplant*
My diet was less then stellar this WHOLE WEEKEND. Not cool. No matter how perfect I am during the week, my body cannot not take a whole cheat weekend and the scale shows it. I am trying to get it to go down, not UP! But the tacos and pizza were delicious and I have some new favorite wines...*ahem*
Moving on, I am seriously thinking about doing the crossfit WOD for my workouts and substituting where necessary cause I am just so sick of split body part workouts in the gym anymore that I'd rather not even lift at all. I have all the muscle I want and seriously just need workouts to keep the fat off besides just doing plain ol' cardio. Just feel the need to change things up! I also am dying to buy the "Insanity" set just so I can take picts and get the insanity t-shirt!! Money is the only thing stopping me or rather lack there of...*le sigh*
