O to the W

Last night at the gym I did a total body workout and included some single legged deadlifts. Holy mother those are an amazing exercise for that glute 'n hammie tie in! Mine are on fire today! It's hard to describe this exercise but here is a video...only I didn't use dumbbells, I used a barbell :)



Talk about engaging your glute muscles! You really have to focus on your balance on the way down and make sure to tighten the glutes to pull yourself back up.

Killer!

Ok, I think I have finally settled on a blog template(pain in the ass!) But wow it's so much easier to see on my blackberry and I've managed to even get TABS!...well right now they are just for show(ha!), but I'll have them working in no time :)
